Privacy Policy

Your email address — when you sign in or place an order. We use this to send you a sign-in link, order confirmation, and tracking information. Nothing else.

Your shipping address — only when you place an order, so we can deliver your print. We do not store it beyond what is needed to fulfil your order.

The memories you describe— the words you type or speak are sent to Google's AI to generate your painting. We do not read them ourselves, and we do not share them with anyone else.

Your paintings — the images Leisa creates are stored privately and are only visible to you, unless you choose to share one.

Basic usage data — we count how many paintings you have generated so we can apply fair-use limits. We do not track your behaviour in detail.

• We do not collect your payment card details. Stripe handles all payments securely.
• We do not use advertising trackers or sell your data to anyone.
• We do not share your memories or paintings with third parties for marketing.

We work with a small number of trusted services to run Fondly:

• Google AI — to generate your painting from your description.
• Supabase — to store your account and paintings securely.
• Stripe — to process your payment. They are PCI-DSS certified.
• Printful — to print and ship your framed print. They receive your shipping address and a copy of your painting.
• Cloudflare — to store your painting images.

Each of these partners has their own privacy policy and is contractually required to keep your data safe.

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your paintings are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket. Only you can see your paintings — and only we can access them for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We keep your account and paintings for as long as you have an account with us. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Order records are kept for 7 years for tax and legal purposes.

You have the right to:

• See the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any mistakes
• Ask us to delete your account and data
• Ask us to stop using your data

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

If we make a significant change to this policy we will email you before it takes effect. Minor updates (for example, correcting a spelling) may be made without notice.
