1. What Fondly is
Fondly is a service that lets you describe a personal memory and receive a painted artwork generated by artificial intelligence. You can then order that artwork as a physical framed print, which we produce and ship on your behalf.
2. Your account
You must provide a valid email address to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. We will never ask for your password by email or phone.
3. Placing an order
When you click "Order as a print" and complete payment, you are placing a binding order for one physical 12×16" framed print. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the frame. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept payment by credit and debit card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
4. Production and shipping
After payment, your painting is rendered at full print resolution and sent to our printing partner. Orders are typically printed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery to your door takes a further 3–5 business days within the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Once an order has been sent to the printer it cannot be cancelled, but our 30-day guarantee (see below) still applies.
5. Our 30-day guarantee
If you are not completely happy with your print for any reason — the colours, the quality, or anything else — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will either reprint it or refund you in full. No arguing, no small print.

6. Intellectual property
The painting Leisa creates for you is yours to enjoy personally. You may print, frame, or share it privately. You may not resell, license, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The Fondly name, logo, and software are owned by us and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Appropriate use
You agree not to describe memories or request images that contain violence, hate speech, or content that is illegal in your country. We may refuse or remove any request that violates these guidelines, and may close accounts that repeatedly do so.
8. Limitation of liability
Fondly is provided in good faith. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or emotional distress. Our maximum liability to you in any circumstance is the amount you paid for your most recent order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Fondly after that date means you accept the new terms.
